Minimum stay and refund policy Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Cancellation over 90 days: full refund less $50 booking fee and any bank charges.
- Within 90-60 days: 1 night's charge is due.
- 60-30 days: 2 night's charge is due.
- Part cancellations within 60 days incur a 15% per night cancelled fee.
- Inside 30 days: 50% of the total booking charge is due.
- No shows full accommodation charge.
- Payment due 20 days prior to arrival for booked dates, no refunds will be given for early departure after check-in.
- Wedding package and standard package booking cancellation incur a NZ$500 cancellation fee
Deposit required to confirming a booking
- When booking accommodation at Apartments Kakera Rarotonga a deposit of two nights charge is required.
- A deposit of NZ$1500 for a wedding & NZ$1000 for package booking.
- For three night minimum stays bookings, the full charge is due on booking confirmation.
- Deposit amounts will be deducted from the total.
- Full payment can be paid on booking.
- Forms of payment accepted: Online transfers and cash deposits, Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
- Remainder of the balance is due 20 days prior to arrival, payment made by way of Credit Card for remaining balance will incur a 4% service charge.

Booking confirmation To request a Deposit Payment Form to confirm a booking, email : stay@apartmentskakera.com or use our contact us page. A completed Deposit Payment Form can be returned by fax on fax/phone 00682 20424 or emailed to stay@apartmentskakera.com. Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Upgrades may be offered if booked apartment is unavailable for any reason.
