Offer dining options from just the bride and groom or a wedding buffet for up to thirty five wedding guests, Kakera offer all this with a unique private and personalized environment.
At your ceremony, enjoy wine, champagne and food platters. After the ceremony, retire to your own villa apartment and enjoy a private romantic dinner for two or a private wedding reception and memorable evening of fun and laughter with family and friends. Apartments Kakera offers a great food and bar service from our Kakera tropical buffet dining and bar menu, topped off with warm friendly staff.
The Kakera weddings reception area, the ground floor area of Apartment Karanga which can cater for up to thirty five wedding guests complete with delicious tropical buffet offered at NZ$60pp. This menu includes a fantastic blend of both Pacific and European foods and includes a great selection of mains and deserts options. Kakera also offers a fairy-light and flaming touch outside flower decorated marquee reception area. This option is subject to availability and an extra cost for the location & setup applies over and above the buffet cost. When booking the Apartments Kakera inside wedding reception option, Apartment Karanga is required to be booked for the wedding package option. See wedding packages for full details.
Our NZ$60 per head charge includes: main and desert with a choice of three meats, four salad & four desert choices, the reception area set up with tables, chairs, table cloths, cutlery and serviettes & a small flower display per table and two room displays. Chair covers, chair sashes & any extra decorations are available at an additional cost.
A wine and beer bar service is also part of the Kakera Reception Service.
